BIGcontrols Blockchain Labs
Our current work and core thesis is focused on developing a secure digital network where global corporations, international government agencies, and trusted third-parties are connected across a permissioned blockchain for government incentives.
The industry requires regulatory compliance and financial reporting disclosures for the contractual obligations between corporations and government agencies across the world. In order to see real technological progress in this area, RegTech must work hand-in-hand with GovTech.
State & local governments already have financial statement disclosure requirements under GASB Statement 77: Tax Abatement Disclosures; international corporations have financial statement recognition and measurement reporting requirements under IAS 20: Accounting for Government Grants and Disclosure of Government Assistance; and U.S. corporations are about to have financial statement disclosure requirements under FASB ASU 832: Disclosures by Business Entities about Government Assistance.
Blockchain technology holds the key to providing transparency, provenance, trust, and one source of truth for all the stakeholders in this $300B ecosystem.
